Cleared the fault on the PLC but did not check the operation because we were not sure if it was supposed to be mixing material right now or not. Switches are all turned off for now. I have included a screenshot of the error for reference.

4.10.14 Thursady Night
We PM'd machines # 22, 24, and 25. Found a couple small air leak issues on the Star Robots on 24 and 25. The vacuum generator valve on #24 robot is leaking air and #25 robot has an in-line residual air pressure relief valve leaking...(it looks like a "T" fitting for tubing). Both parts need replaced, I will try to confirm the part numbers on Monday.
Kenny flipped the water manifolds and installed the 90's from the list on Presses # 16, 19, and #10. many items have been crossed from the list so it will likely need updated soon.
Have a great day!

MP#17 Screen cracked
Additionally:
After further investigating, it seems that the problems with #17 were related to the lube cycle counter being set at 1 -*for reasons that I was not aware of-* resulting from maintenance that had been performed earlier in the previous week on day shift.
It also appears that the ejector axis alarm was the result of incorrect settings to the ejector parameters. So, in essence, the entire problem was the result of no communications between the maintenance shifts about what was going on during day shift.
To avoid a situation like this one from occurring in the future, I would appreciate some communications updates where machine repairs activities are concerned so that I can do a better job supporting the night shift.
Thanks team for your help and support!

MP#17 Error
MP#17 is now down for an error 5E4F.
Additionally, when they tried to start the machine tonight, it alarmed for "grease pressure reducing" every time it cycled. I manually relieved the pressure but the alarm remains. We tried to adjust the speeds and torque down on the ejector settings which the operating manual mentioned " could " help possibly...but it did not. The alarm occurs when the operator door is cycled. It kills barrel heats and motor control power when it occurs.
I tried to call Nissei in Atlanta but they were already closed. I advised Marty that he should not attempt to run the machine so it is down until we can gather more information about it.

Door glass in MP#4 (Non-Operator Side)
The Non-op side door glass is etched very badly from chemicals etc. We need to see about ordering a replacement glass. The measurements are 35" x 51" with 2"corner radius cuts.
Cabinet Fans
We replaced the cabinet fan in GR5 and checked the others. GR2 and GR3 are bad also but we don't have any more in stock. Maybe we can make the fans a stock item in the MRO supply store.?
