Web Information

Here is the URL for the new TTI Molding Maintenance Blog website if you want to participate:

http://moldingwork4tti.blogspot.com/

New posts are automatically emailed to each of our team members when someone makes a post.

This can save time in getting everyone an email out at once. This is also a great place to store and reference information such as images, video, or data relating to machine repairs.

3.12.14 Wednesday Night Shift

MP#24- issue with cores not working

Applied the test cylinder, everything worked fine. Examined wiring of ejector back switch and made some improvements. Examined the hydraulic hoses and found one of them under extreme pressure. Further examination indicated that the mold had the male/female quick disconnect fittings reversed from what they should have been. Corrected problem and checked operation. O.K. to run now. Scheduled to run on Monday.

Mp#8- Core pull switch on fan housing tool was damaged upon installation. Replaced core switch and repaired the protective cover. Checked operation. O.K. to run.

Have a nice day!
